Tips and Tricks for a Lovely Face and Glowing Skin

In caring for your skin, particularly your face, you don’t need much money to pay for the services of a beauty parlor or health clinic.  You can do it at the comfort of your home.  All you need to do is to learn a few  tricks, then look for the  ingredients, which can be found at your kitchen. Here are some tricks to help you care for your skin:
Skin Care  Tips and Tricks:
Lemon "Kalamansi"
Honey, lemon and oil (virgen coco oil or olive oil) mixture for facial and neck massage. Use a teaspon of honey, 2-3 drops of lemon (kalamansi) and 2 drops of oil. A five to ten minutes massage, particularly on the area around the eyes and on your forehead using this mixture will create glow on your face as well as iron out newly formed wrinkles. Left-over can be used on your arms and legs. This trick can also give you a relaxing effect.

Milky Oatmeal Paste.  Oatmeal and milk are good nourishment for the skin.  To make a milky oatmeal paste, mix 1 tablespoon powdered milk to a ¼ cup of oatmeal.  Add a few drops of water, then mix well. Wash the face with soap and water, rinse well and pat dry. Apply the milky oatmeal paste on your face and let it stay for  15 to 30 minutes, or until the oatmeal dries.  While it’s drying, you’ll feel as if your skin is being stretched.  For best result, however, apply the paste after the honey, lemon and oil massage.

Avocado Facial Cream.  Avocado is rich in vitamins.  So,its is not surprising if it can be used as facial cream.  Mash the avocado until smooth.  Clean your face, then spread it generously. Let it stay for an hour before rinsing.Try it and see the result for yourself!

Egg Treatment. Egg white is good for skin tightening.  Just spread egg white to your face and let it stay there for about one hour.  Take care not to apply the egg white under the eyes.  The skin on that part of the face is too sensitive. Rinse well.  You’ll feel the skin on your face smooth and fresh.

Puffy Eyes.  Save those used tea bags, put in a container with a cover and store in a refrigerator.  When you wake up in the morning with puffy eyes, dip those tea bags in cold water and place over your eyes.  Let it stay for 10 minutes and those puffs would disappear.

Out of deodorant?  Baking soda is a good substitute.  Dust underarm with this all purpose powder.

Take good care of yourself and enjoy your life!
