I believe that our health is our
sole responsibility. Caring for our health should not be delegated to others.
Since all our activities is anchored on health, which directly affects our
lives, the topic about health interests me much.

encourage its readers to be health conscious while still in good shape. I
believe in Benjamin Franklin’s advice, which states that “An ounce of prevention is better than a pound
