Discover Tarra-Mint Tea. You'll surely love it!

Tarragon

In my former blogs, I've mentioned about my collection of herbal plants in our yard.  Said herbs were used as kitchen spice and as herbal medicine as well. One of them is Tarragon.  It has anise-like almost licorice flavor. This plant is rich in numerous benefiting pytho-nutrients that are essential to optimum health.   Studies have shown that this plant is not only rich in Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Potassium, Calcium and other vitamins and minerals but it can also help cure insomnia, stimulate appetite, remedy hiccup and flatulence, helps lower blood-glucose and prevent clot formation inside tiny blood vessel of heart and brain protecting from heart attack and stroke and many more.

Mint
I have also a Mint, which has a great "minty" flavor.  For centuries, mint has been

enjoyed for its wonderful aroma, its great flavor and its healing power. It is alsoknown for its anti-oxidant properties and its ability to sooth digestive track.  It can also help slowdown the growth of most of the many harmful bacteria and fungi and many more health benefits

Considering the health benefits of both plants, and their availability in our home, I prepared a tea, mixing the two plants.  Its so refreshing, a combination of anise-like and minty flavor, and i called it Tarra-Mint Tea.  I served it to my friends and relatives and they love its taste.

Tarra-Mint Tea became  part of our morning and evening ritual. Eventually, I noticed that my husband, who used to have an insomnia for a very long time, has now improved his slepping habbit. Thanks to Tarra-Mint!

Be healthy and enjoy life!
