How to Keep Fit after Parties and Celebrations

Swimming can burn your excess fats.
Celebrations for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and parties are especial occasions when we enjoy the various food on the table and the moments shared with family and friends.  This is the time when we take for granted our special diet and our list of preferred healthy foods.

Eating too much means additional weight and fats. Our body need to burn those excess, otherwise we will have health problems eventually.

What can you do when you think you've eaten so much, more than what your body needs?

Here are things that can help you prevent more belly fats:
  • Exercise.  A 30 minutes to 1 hour daily brisk walking can help dissolve not only the fats that slowly building in your body but your cholesterol as well.Other forms of exercise are also helpful.
  • Drink more plain water to clean your kidney and push out toxins left by the wine and other intakes during the parties.  If possible, drink warm water about 10 minutes after meal, especially after dinner.
  • Go back to eating the right amount of healthy foods.
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables; less "carbohydrates and protein foods".  Adults need more "glow" foods than "go and grow" foods. The nutrients from the fruits and vegetables can fuel your body sufficiently, especially for one who is not a "hard laborer".
  • Try to minimize stress by improving your coping mechanism
A healthy lifestyle is encouraged. Be healthy and enjoy life!
